Payment must be made within 10 business days of registration reservation. Unpaid registration reservations shall be cancelled after the 10-business-day deadline.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must be made prior to April 5, 2013. Cancellations after April 5, 2013 are subject to a 40% cancellation fee. No cancellations or refunds may be made after April 19, 2013. Substitutions may be made at any time before April 19, 2013.
